Expressions of Love |

You think you’ve found your soulmate, the person who is your match. You want to do something special. You’d like to find a way to express how much you feel for them. Try out these suggestions:
- Get her flowers. While roses are a popular choice the lady won’t be particularly impressed. Roses are a common selection. Why not find out her favorite flowers and bring her those. You’ll be surpised that they’ll sometimes appreciate a simple wildflower bouquet more than your expensive orchid. They will appreciate the effort you made to find out what they really love.
- Send her love notes. While people will probably scoff and say it’s too sentimental, the truth is they melt when they receive sincere expressions of love. You can write your own letters or just pen in your personal message in a store bought card. The point is to let her know that you think of her.
- Take her to a fancy restaurant. Dress to the nines and have a date at a restaurant she’s always wanted to try but won’t because it’s a bit expensive. If she’s worth it, spend a little.
- Take her for a vacation where you can really be alone and enjoy each other’s company. Doesn’t mean you have to be cooped up in a room all day. It does mean being away from well meaning friends and prying relatives. Get to know each other better in a venue that is relaxed and stress free for both of you.
- Get her certificates to her favorite spa. Let her know that you want her to be pampered and cossetted. Give her a chance to unwind from the pressures of work under the hands of a professional masseuse. You can even join her and get pampered yourself.
There are a hundred ways to let her know how you feel. The point is to show thoughtfulness in choosing your gift. The truth is, your lady will know how you feel by how much planning and effort you put into preparing your romantic gesture - not in how expensive your gift is.
